Making a Pergolas

A pergola is an outdoor garden facility that forms a shaded walkway, walkway or seating area consisting of vertical pillars and a solid open wooden lattice.

A pergola as a type of gazebo can also be an extension of the house or serve as a protection for an open terrace or a link between pavilions. Pergolas are sometimes confused with "gazebos" because the terms are used interchangeably. In general, a "gazebo" is a building with a roof with wooden benches, usually enclosed by lattice elements that also form a frame for climbing plants.

The pergola is a much larger and more open structure than the gazebo. As a rule, the pergola does not include integrated seats.
