Usable living space is 30 m² of the ground floor plan and 30 m² of the attic. The building is made of semi-forms 50 mm thick in combination with an internal insulation of 10 cm of mineral wool, and a final inner lining consisting of a ship’s floor 22 mm thick. The main cover is the tile “Tondach – Continental plus”, all at the request of the client.
